Refund Policy

Unfortunately, I cannot refund my time, and your art does take time and artistic design to create. Bookings are final so please order carefully. If you have made an error with your order, I will do my best to help resolve the matter for you if you email me at illustrationsbycindy@hotmail.com, however, I have designed an easy booking process to help avoid this as much as possible. Please be advised this is custom art and each piece is unique, your order comes with two complimentary edits to make sure you love your art as much as I do creating it, and have a product you can display proudly.

Shipping & Delivery

Line Art by Cindy currently does not provide shipping services, but I am working hard to provide a print & framing service soon! You will receive your ready-print via an instant link download which last for 24 hours from opening, or if you have booked custom art and emailed through your photos, you can expect to receive a sample of your custom art for review within 1-5 business days. Once you are happy with your sample, high resolution PNG digital file will be emailed to you. Customer is to arrange printing and framing.
